“A Little Bit of Heaven”
“A Little Bit of Heaven” is a film about a woman named
Marley who coasts through life with not a care, fear, or dilemma in sight. She
uses her humor and wit to become a successful businesswoman and have the people
around her fall deeply in love with her beautiful spirit. When she finds out
she is diagnosed with cancer, she tries to use these qualities she has to try
to blow off the fact that she is dying. Soon she becomes intimate with her
doctor and lives the rest of her life with cancer as she would any other way:
fearlessly. This movie is so real to many people. It shows the struggles that
people and their loved ones go through when someone has cancer. When I like
about it however is the way it tackles these situations. Marley blows all her
money and experiences everything that she may have not had the chance to if she
didn’t have cancer. This movie is a huge inspiration to people who have cancer
to make the best out of the life they have left.
