Today, I want to talk about my tattoos. On both of my arms, I have tattoos that run from the top of my arm to my elbows. These tattoos include religion themes and scriptures.  The reason I thought i should talk about this is because people come up to me and ask me the meaning of all them and why did i choose to get tattoos. Well believe it or not, the quotes i have on my arms are some of my favorite quotes in the bible and in general. I just made the rest of the tattoos fit the theme. For example one of my scriptures says "we are born with no road map, we are given no guide. The answers in life are ours to decide." To me this means many things, but in general it means we all choose our own paths in life and along the way we go through ups and downs. The problem is sometimes people ask if you believe in God and the christian religion then why did you get a tattoo. They always bring up the fact that you are not suppose to mark yourself or harm yourself. I always tell them that they took what it said out of context and it is just body art. So on that note, I show them this tattoo of the scripture listed above and say it is my life and I do believe in God and Jesus Christ. I always tell them the God loves all his children.
